Olivia's COVID-19 Statement

Thank you to all of our customers for their patience and support over the past 8 weeks. 

We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure an efficient and safe working environment, therefore we have limited warehouse staff which may effect how quickly your purchases leave our warehouse. 

Our customer support team are working safely from their homes and are replying to all messages within 48 hours. We would like to encourage our customers to email customersupport@olivias.com if they have any queries, and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible. Our phone lines, although still available, are very busy.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their support over the recent weeks and no doubt the support we will continue to offer each other in the near future.

Olivia’s is a small business with big dreams, only made possible by our loyal family, you.

I wanted to update you today to offer reassurance that Olivia’s is still open for business. We are working hard as a team to bring you the best fashion for your home, while maintaining our high quality service. We are keeping an eye on government advice and will update you if any changes are made to our services.

We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure a safe, clean and efficient delivery system. We are currently operating and delivering with minimal delays, however please be aware that deliveries may fall outside of lead time given the current situation. How we are dealing with COVID-19

1. Our team are working from home. From operations to marketing, customer services to finance, our teams are working from home. Keeping themselves safe, so we can continue to keep you safe. 

2. Our deliveries are now contact free. Across our network of dedicated couriers, we can confirm that deliveries will not require a signature and now only seek a verbal confirmation of delivery. 

3. Our warehouse colleagues are social distancing. Our warehouse team are working hard to get your products out the door and delivered to you safely. We maintain our high levels of packaging to ensure your products arrive in great condition.
