For clean, contemporary elegance this Ascent table lamp from Elstead Lighting is hard to beat. It celebrates simplicity and timeless functionality. Its tall tapering steel-constructed column is almost monolithic, reminiscent of Cleopatra's Needle, and expresses an uncluttered geometric precision.
Above the black-painted base, a slim stem glinting of polished nickel supports the bulb fitting and a grey faux silk shade with a subtle diagonal grain. The Ascent's simple elegance can add some real character to your home environment.
The Ascent range also includes matching floor lamps and both are available in alternative finishes (white or polished nickel). This table lamp stands 64cm high overall.
