Delivery Methods and Useful Information 

You can access 15,000+ products from brands and suppliers worldwide by shopping with Olivia's. Because of this, our delivery lead time varies by product and by brand. To find out the estimated delivery time of a specific product, check out the delivery information section on the product page, underneath the dimensions and details.

Please note, deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take an additional 10-15 working days on top of the advised lead time.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information which will become live as soon as the item is scanned in with the courier. Please note, if you order multiple items from multiple brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days with different couriers. 

Orders are typically delivered between 8 am and 8 pm on weekdays only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on public Bank Holidays or weekends, such deliveries will be attempted on the courier’s next available working day. For security purposes, a signature may be required on receipt and many couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available upon delivery. 

To ensure we provide the best possible service for you and your items, we use a number of different couriers depending on the product type and address of delivery. Please see a guide below of the couriers we work with and the services they typically offer:

Parcelforce offer an all-day service between 8am and 6pm. They will provide tracking information via email and SMS with a 1-2 hour timeslot where available. 

APC offer an all-day service between 8am and 6pm, they do not currently provide an estimated timeslot for delivery. 

Free Delivery - Over £100

Delivery to most of the UK Mainland is free on orders over £100, this will automatically apply at checkout. For orders under £100, there is a delivery charge of £6.95.

Preparing For Your Delivery

Before delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases and underneath ceilings. If you believe any door frames, windows or bannisters need to be removed to get your item into place, please ensure that this is done prior to your delivery arriving. This is key to ensuring your delivery runs smoothly as often the drivers have a short time slot they must adhere to. 

Our courier partners always do their very best to ensure their deliveries happen when they say they will however, in very rare circumstances, unforeseen delays due occur. In these instances, we will do our very best to work with the courier and reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.

If you are not available to take delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card to enable you to contact your local delivery depot and rearrange delivery. Please note, on some occasions, redeliveries may incur an additional charge. 

Direct Deliveries from our Suppliers 

In order to offer you an extended range of products from unique and exciting brands, some of our suppliers deliver their products directly to you which means they may arrive with a different courier than is listed above. 

On some occasions, the suppliers may contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery or advise suitable tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Once Your Delivery Has Arrived

Upon delivery, please make sure to check your items carefully before you sign for them, unpack them or use them. We always recommend that you keep your packaging, receipt and order confirmation email as this will be needed for proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiries or returns. 

If you plan to put your items into storage, please ensure you have checked your items thoroughly before you do so.

Please note, once you have received and signed for your delivery, the items you ordered will become your property, provided they have been paid for in full. We cannot accept any liability for the loss, damage or destruction of the items after they have been delivered unless they were reported damaged or faulty when delivered or they were delivered incorrectly.

For items that require assembly, prior to installing, it is important that you check all instructions and parts lists to make sure that you have all the necessary parts and information to assemble and fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions before you assemble the product. We are not able to issue refunds for any items that have been incorrectly fitted/assembled or damaged during the assembly process. 

Important Delivery Terms

We wish to draw your attention to some important terms regarding delivery:


1. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
2. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our Website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We aim to keep you updated if there are any delays. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded once the goods have been returned to our distribution centre(s) in line with our Returns Policy or classified as lost by the Carrier company.
3. We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
4. Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
