Gift Voucher with Purchase – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Customers who spend £1,000 or more in a single qualifying transaction will receive a £100 gift voucher, subject to the brand and product exclusions set out below.

2. Voucher Value

The promotional gift voucher has a value of £100. No cash alternative, refund, or credit will be offered in place of the voucher, in whole or in part.

3. Voucher Code

Each voucher will be issued with a unique voucher code. The voucher code is personal to the customer and may only be redeemed by the email address used to place the original qualifying order. The voucher cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

4. Voucher Validity

The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The expiry date will be communicated when the voucher is issued. Vouchers cannot be extended or reinstated after expiry.

5. One Voucher per Customer

A maximum of one £100 gift voucher per customer may be issued as part of this promotion, regardless of the number or value of qualifying orders placed during the promotional period.

6. Minimum Spend for Redemption

The voucher may be redeemed against a qualifying purchase with a minimum spend of £250. The £250 minimum spend applies to the value of eligible products after any applicable discounts and before delivery charges.

7. Eligible Brands and Products

The voucher may be redeemed against products from participating brands, subject to the applicable brand and product exclusions. The voucher cannot be used against Outlet, RV Ashley or Andrew Martin products.

Additional brands, products or categories may be excluded from the promotion at the discretion of the retailer.

8. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

If the original qualifying order is cancelled, fully returned, or partially returned and, as a result, the final order value falls below the £1,000 qualifying spend threshold, the £100 gift voucher will be cancelled and become invalid.

If the voucher has already been redeemed, the retailer reserves the right to deduct the value of the voucher from any refund due, or otherwise recover the value of the voucher where the qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled or returned.

9. Voucher Redemption

The voucher may only be used once and must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided when the voucher is issued. Any unused balance from the £100 voucher will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

10. No Cash or Credit Alternative

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, a cash equivalent, store credit or any other alternative.

11. Promotion Changes or Withdrawal

The retailer reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any vouchers already validly issued before the promotion is withdrawn will remain subject to these terms unless otherwise required by law.

12. Fraud and Misuse

The retailer reserves the right to refuse, cancel or invalidate a voucher where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, attempted resale, duplicate use, or a breach of these terms and conditions.

13. General

The voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher or promotional code unless expressly stated otherwise. The promotion is subject to availability and applicable exclusions.

The retailer's decision regarding eligibility for the promotion and validity of any voucher shall be final, subject to applicable consumer rights.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. :::
