How does the personal shopping process work?

Once you join Olivia's Concierge, you will have access to a dedicated personal shopper when. You’ll receive an email after joining sharing a questionnaire to fill to help our expert team get to know a little more about your and your interior requirements. 

When ready go into your account to book your consultation and begin your one-to-one personal shopping experience. 

If for any reason your order isn’t what you were hoping for we will take care of organising your return for you

How do I book a consultation with my personal shopper?

Simply go to your account when you're ready to book your consultation and begin your one-on-one personal shopping experience.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If for any reason your order isn’t what you were hoping for, our team will take care of organising your return for you.

When can I speak to a personal shopper?

Olivia's concierge team is available to answer your questions from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. You can easily reach out to them by sending an email to concierge@olivias.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from a personal shopper. If you are already a member of Olivia's concierge, you can also book a personal shopping appointment through your account.
