Olivia’s Concierge is your interior design service, here to help you bring your dream spaces to life. Our dedicated interior designers are trained and have the industry knowledge and experience to guide you through the process of transforming your space into the home of your dreams. Whether you’re starting with a blank canvas or just looking for those final touches to style your space, we have the skills, knowledge and products to help create your perfect home. 

  • Concierge

    We recommend our basic Concierge package if you already have your inspiration and you have a fairly good idea of what you’re looking to achieve. With this package, you’ll receive: 

    • One 15 minute consultation to talk through your vision 
    • One mood board based on your ideas, requirements and budget 
    • A simple shopping list to take the stress away from searching for the perfect pieces 

    Available for a one-off payment of £50.

  • Concierge Plus (One Room)

    We recommend Concierge Plus if you’re looking for a full Interior Design service to guide you through the whole process. With this package, you’ll receive: 

    • Initial consultation to get to know your space and understand your requirements and goals 
    • Mood board to help you visualise the end result
    • A follow up call to discuss product options, lead times and quotes 
    • Access to exclusive discounts 
    • Styling advice once you’ve received your item 

    Available for a one-off payment of £150, redeemable against purchases over £2,000.

  • Concierge Plus (2-3 Rooms)

    We recommend Concierge Plus if you’re looking for a full Interior Design service to guide you through the whole process. With this package, you’ll receive: 

    • Initial consultation to get to know your spaces and understand your requirements and goals 
    • Mood boards to help you visualise the end result
    • A follow up call to discuss product options, lead times and quotes 
    • Access to exclusive discounts 
    • Styling advice once you’ve received your item 

    Available for a one-off payment of £350, redeemable against purchases over £3,500.
 

Designing a Full House?

If you have a much bigger project in mind, such as designing (or redesigning) your whole house, or simply more than three rooms, then you will need our Concierge bespoke service. How do I purchase Concierge?

Once you have selected the package that is most suited to your requirements, simply click on the package above and add to your basket. Then checkout as you normally would.

What happens next?

Once you’ve purchased your desired package, you’ll receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out to help our expert team get to know a little more about you and your interior requirements. When you're ready, you can then go into your account to book your consultation and begin your one-to-one personal shopping experience. If for any reason your order isn’t what you were hoping for we will take care of organising your return for you

How do I book my consultation?

Simply go to your account when you're ready to book your consultation and begin your one-to-one personal shopping experience. Alternatively, you will also receive an email after filling in your questionnaire, with a link to book your consultation.

How long does the process take?
Can I upgrade from Concierge to Concierge Plus?

Yes, you can upgrade from Concierge to Concierge Plus. If during consultation (or before) you decide that you'd like more rooms designing, or that you have a bigger project in mind, we can get you upgraded to the next tier. You can also email us at concierge@olivias.com to upgrade.

When can I speak to my interior designer?

The Olivia's Concierge team are available to answer your questions Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. You can easily reach out to them by sending an email to concierge@olivias.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If you are already a member of Olivia's Concierge, you can also book a consultation or follow-up appointment (package dependant) through your account directly.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If for any reason your order isn’t what you were hoping for, our team will take care of organising your return for you.
