Could you be our first Comfort Connoisseur?

Could you be our first Comfort Connoisseur?

Olivia’s prides itself on providing exceptional service to its customers, and understands that sometimes expert insight is required so customers can make informed purchases. We’re also in a fortunate position to be experiencing a huge spike in traffic and sales, which is why we’re recruiting a member of the public to be our first Comfort Connoisseur.

It’s certainly not like any other job, because essentially our Comfort Connoisseur will be paid to sleep in luxury beds and daybeds, and feedback to us on their experience. We’ll then use the detailed feedback provided by our newly appointed member of the team to create a bespoke review system on all of the beds we sell through our site.

As our Comfort Connoisseur you’ll be asked to complete a scorecard for each bed you sleep in, judging the item on its comfort, size, aesthetic and durability, as well as provide written feedback on your general experience.

We understand that sometimes it takes a good few nights in a bed to judge all of the above factors, so to start with, our connoisseur will be reviewing a minimum of two a month.

We’d like someone to get started straight away, so if you think you’re an expert in the realm of sleeping and comfort, read below for full details and fill out the application form by May 29th.

Nick Moutter founder of Olivia’s, said,

“From the very beginning my vision for Olivia’s has been centered around offering our customers the best possible experience, which is why we invest so heavily in the customer journey. This idea has shaped our direction for many years, even leading us to purchase our own white glove courier service to cut down on transit breakages, and this role is our most recent step towards delivering a flawless customer experience.

“At Olivia’s we have a genuine passion not just for quality, but also for fashion, and this is why finding someone with an eye for detail and aesthetics is so important. Anybody can lie on a bed and sleep, we want someone who can analyse the experience and provide detailed feedback that will serve our community of interior-obsessed customers.”
