The Outdoor Feature You Need this Summer

The Outdoor Feature You Need this Summer

Spending time outdoors is something we will not be taking for granted this spring/summer, especially once the lockdown is eased.
We will soon be celebrating in our gardens, surrounded by family and friends and enjoying the long, light evenings. We are so excited about this outdoor piece as it can be used as a cosy feature and will be a cool addition to your outdoor space.
This fire pit by Buschbeck is perfect for outdoor gatherings. There is nothing more chilled out than relaxing next to the fire on a pleasant summers evening. We are certainly looking forward to long awaited catch ups and getting cosy with a glass of wine in the garden! Here is a look at how you can style this fire feature with existing elements in your space, or maybe this will give you some inspiration to style up your garden in a new way for 2021.

Create a separate area for seating

if you’re big on entertaining outdoors, you might want to consider creating a dedicated space for a fire pit, create intrigue for your guests and design a little retreat to move to once the party is drawing to a close. Having the fire pit as the centre piece with seating all around it creates a nice, intimate feel to your outdoor space and can be a cosy, late night relaxation spot.

Match the design to your seating

With this fire pit being rounded in design, try pairing with circular seating like moon chairs or a curved outdoor sofa to create a sleek, modern look. Even if your outdoor area is on the smaller side, you can play around with shapes to get a cool, architectural look to your space.

Make it cosy

Bring out the fabrics to pair with your seating when the night gets a bit chilly, throws and cushions can be a nice welcoming addition the space and means you can enjoy the outdoors for longer.

There is definitely something about sitting around a fire that feels humbling and nostalgic, especially when the moment is shared with loved ones. This year will be a reflection of the time spent apart from our nearest and dearest and we want to reconnect in style, bringing in the good vibes!
