In response to COVID-19 we are adhering to social distancing guidelines and our office and warehouse workforce is therefore reduced and it may take a little longer to process your return than usual. We usually aim to respond to all returns requests within 48 hours. We appreciate your patience.
If you no longer require your goods then they must be in a resalable condition and returned in the original manufacturers packaging, We can collect your goods for a pre-agreed fee or you are free to arrange to return of your items with your own courier if you prefer however we can not take any responsibility for goods shipped with your own courier. Any returns shipping fee would be deduced from your refund.

Should your item arrive in an unsatisfactory condition we will arrange a collection and replace the goods at our cost. We will ask for a photo of the issue before we arrange the collection.
